This is a revision of a currently approved collection, as the result of a final rule, Requirements for the Distribution and Control of Donated Foods & The Emergency Food Assistance Program: Implementation of the Agricultural Act of 2014, which substantially re-writes7 CFR Part 250 and makes conforming changes to 7 CFR Part 251. Further, this revision includes provisions inadvertently omitted in the currently approved information collection, substantially revises other provisions which were inaccurate, and updates all relevant aspects of information collection requirements in the package. As a result of these changes, there is a net increase of 82,377 hours made to the package (41,726 hours for program changes due to rulemaking + 14,439 corrections to previously omitted hours + 26,212 adjustments due to corrections and updates to existing burden).
