The information reported and the records kept for purposes of review under 7 CFR Parts 247, 250, 251, 252, 253, and 254 are used by State and recipient agencies and FNS regional and headquarters offices for the purpose of administering USDA Food Distribution Programs.
As a result of change in regulation subsequent to the Commodity Supplemental Food Program: Implementation of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 final rule (85 FR 68717) (See Appendix L) Additional hours were also added to reflect changes in program requirement (see Appendix L). Upon approval of this request, FNS estimates that this collection will have 1,218,437 burden hours and 4,044,745 responses.
