The three information collections (ICs) which are currently bundled under OMB 1660-0036 have been separated according to a consultation with OMB desk officers, Mr. Nathan Lesser and Dr. Brian Harris-Kojetin (2/1/2007). The ICs include: - FEMA Individual Assistance Customer Satisfaction Surveys - FEMA Public Assistance Program Evaluation and Customer Satisfaction Survey - Housing Inspection Survey. The conclusion of the consultation incorporates: - FEMA Individual Assistance Customer Satisfaction Surveys will inherit the OMB number 1660-0036 for future ICR. - The other two ICs will seek future OMB approval as new ICRs. Therefore, the current ICR includes only "Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Individual Assistance Customer Satisfaction Surveys".
