This information collection is approved through 2-95 under the followi condition: Upon resubmission of this paperwork, FNS will provide an analysis of the comments, from the Interim Final WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program rule, that address the reporting requirements. Depending upon the comments, FNS will modify the paperwork or demonstrate how the agency has addressed public concerns.

EACH STATE AGENCY ADMINISTERING THE FMNP WOULD USE THE FNS-683 AND THE FNS-203 TO REPORT FINANCIAL DATA TO THE SECRETARY AS REQUIRED BY 7 CFR PART 3016. FNS SHALL USE THIS INFORMATION TO MAKE FUNDING AND OTHER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DECISIONS AND TO REPORT TO CONGRESS AS REQUIRED UND 42 U.S.C. 1786(M)(9)(A).
