Recordkeeping Under Title VII, the ADA, GINA, and the PWFA

Records created in the normal course of business by entities subject to Title VII, ADA, and GINA will be maintained for a period of one year or two years (possibly longer if a charge of discrimination is filed under Title VII, ADA, or GINA) to assist EEOC in assuring compliance with the Acts' nondiscrimination requirements.
