CDCâs Learn the Signs. Act Early. (LTSAE) program promotes family-engaged developmental monitoring of children and aims to improve early identification of autism and other developmental disabilities so that children and families receive the services and support they need. The purpose of this information collection is to improve understanding of how parents and early childhood providers/professionals use the CDC Milestone Tracker app, whether they like the app, and what steps are taken if there are concerns about a childâs development or a missed developmental milestone. The surveys will be collected electronically via a secured online survey platform, in English or Spanish. Findings from the user surveys will be used to make necessary improvements to the app.
