Abstract: The information collected will be used to determine whether the applicant meets the eligibility requirements for benefits under 8 CFR 245A, Subpart C. If the applicant fully demonstrates eligibility, the application will be approved, and USCIS will issue an employment authorization document and approval notice to the applicant.

Short Statement: There is an increase in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of information as a result of an increase in the estimated number of respondents and the increase in the estimated hour burden per response for biometrics collection from 1.17 hours to 3.67 hours. The total estimated annual cost burden for this collection of information has increased as a result of a reevaluation of the estimated cost burden to respondents.
