NASS is requesting a substantive change to the County Agricultural Production Survey (CAPS) for crop years 2019, 2020, and 2021 (i.e., the duration of this clearance). Recently, NASS was informed by USDA’s Risk Management Agency (RMA) that they will no longer provide funding to support the County Estimates Program. As a result certain measures are being enacted to reduce the costs of this program.
