The Customs Declaration, CBP Form 6059-B, facilitates the clearance of persons and their goods arriving in the U.S. by requiring basic information necessary for CBP to determine enforcement of all applicable laws and regulations. CBP is testing automated versions of the Customs Declaration, including Mobile Passport Control (MPC) and Automated Passport Control (APC) to be used instead of the paper form.
