New collection (Request for a new OMB Control Number)
FNS, Team Nutrition will collect contact information of schools that participate in the National School Lunch Program and interested Child and Adult Care Food Program's organizations (such as Sponsoring Agencies and Independent Centers) to send electronic correspondence about materials available to support nutrition education and provide technical assistance in nutrition.

This is a new information collection request to collect contact information from schools and organizations working in the CACFP so that the Food and Nutrition Service can provide them with resources developed under the Team Nutrition Initiative. This information collection request will add 367,992 responses and 35,914 burden hours as a program change to OMB's inventory.
