Abstract: This submission is a request for approval of this long-running information collection for 3 years. There are several changes in the survey program resulting in an increase in responses and burden hours. Several new surveys have been added to the program that are being funded through cooperative agreements with State Departments of Agriculture or are a standardization of previously approved surveys.
