The change in burden is an ADJUSTMENT due to a change (i.e., increase) in the estimated annual number of responses. The increase is due to recent STS requirement regulations put in place by the MARPOL Annex I Final Rule published on February 4, 2015. The recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating burden, remain unchanged.
