The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) requests approval to make non-substantive changes to the National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) National Electronic Health Records Survey (NEHRS). Form modifications to expand the content for the 2016 survey are requested. With the modifications, the Expanded NEHRS is no longer necessary.
