Short Statement: Two program changes occurred involving Hawaii, their Export Sales survey was discontinued and their shorter questionnaire was merged into the standard state questionnaire causing a small increase in burden for Hawaii. There is an adjustment to the target population; it decreased from the previous approval due to changes within the floriculture industry. In addition there was an error in the previous submission, the publicity materials were not mailed out as a pre-survey mailing but were included with the questionnaires that were mailed out.
