Short Statement: Two program changes are being made this time. We will be conducting the survey all 3 years instead of the 2 years previously approved, along with the discontinuation of the Hawaii Poinsettia survey. The sample sizes were adjusted down to accommodate changes in the population size from 3 years ago.
