Short Statement: The annual average burden is reduced due to the survey only being conducted 2 out of the 3 years in this renewal request. The Census of Horticulture will be conducted in 2010, so we will skip one year to remove the redundancy in that year for 15 States. The sample size increased in the 15 core States due to new operations being identified by the 2007 Census of Agriculture which will result in an increase in burden for the two years the floriculture survey is conducted.
