Abstract: GMS is used to implement the statuory requirements of the Grant Management System (GMS) Online Application; Grant Adjustment Notice (GAN); Progress and Financial Reports of applications, awards, and closeouts. This change incorporates the burden for two additional performance measures questionnaires. OVC Victim Compensation Performance Measures and OVC Victim assistance Performance Measures.
