This information collection is associated with the maritime security requirements mandated by the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) of 2002. Security assessments, security plans and other security-related requirements are found in Title 33 CFR Subchapter H, and 33 CFR Parts 120 and 128.

The modification of FSP for cruise ship security is a one-time submission. The methodology for calculation burden remains unchanged. There is no proposed change to the recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating burden, remain unchanged.
