The change (i.e., increase) in burden is a PROGRAM CHANGE due to the 1625-AB30, Consolidated Cruise Ship Security Regulations rulemaking. The modification of FSP for cruise ship security is a one-time submission. The methodology for calculation burden remains unchanged. There is no proposed change to the recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating burden, remain unchanged.
