Short Statement: There is an increase in the number of respondents from 471 to 831 and an increase in the annual responses and total burden hours from 1,884 to 3,516. These adjustments have been caused by periodic fluctuations in disease occurrence and reporting, but are mostly caused by APHIS' response to the current highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreak.
