Short Statement: The biggest factor for the decrease in burden and responses is due to list building work done in 2011 and 2012 to prepare for the 2012 Census of Agriculture. No list building will need to be conducted during 2013, since NASS will be conducting the Census of Agriculture in 2013. The rest of the reduction is due to the increased use of the NACS questionnaire and only limited use of the follow-up criteria questionnaires.
