The Agency is requesting a 36 hour adjustment decrease (from 952 hours to 916 burden hours). The adjustment is a result of a 25% decline in the number of butadiene monomer of facilities (from 12 facilities to 9 facilities). Also, the Agency is increasing the cost from $95,248 to $105,912, a total cost increase of $10,664. The cost increase is due to a 12.8% increase in the price of professional medical services from 2008 to 2011.
