Short Statement: The program changes include the standardizing of questionnaires, improved sampling, and removal of several surveys, these program changes have resulted in a reduction of 12,727 responses and 1,393 hours of burden. Changes due to adjustments in agency estimates result in a reduction of 4,735 responses and 444 hours of burden.
