This information collection request is used by the FMCSA to help ensure that drivers, motor carriers, and the States are complying with the notification and recordkeeping requirements for information related to testing, licensing, violations, convictions, and disqualifications. The estimated total annual costs of $7,425,333 is required for the States to update their systems and to administer initial examiner training.
