The small increase in burden is due to the adjustment in some of the sample sizes, along with the reinstatement of some of the annual surveys that had been postponed due to budget cuts. The decrease in overall responses is due primarily to the correction of an accounting error. The remainder of the decrease is due to the adjustment in samples that caused the slight burden increase.
