Any person who is an arms broker operating within U.S. jurisdiction must provide an annual report to PM/DDTC, Department of State, describing his or her brokering activities.
More refined estimates. The increase of 430 to 600 annual responses reflects an increase in the number of respondents that have submitted reports. The Number of respondents from 430 to 980 reflects the possible universe of respondents - the total number of respondents registered with DDTC that may use the IC.
