Short Statement: Forms P&SP-341 and 342 are now mandatory which resulted in a decrease in annual hours requested. An example of decrease in annual burden hours is if an individual owns three plants instead of filling out three forms they would have the ability to list all three plants on one form. Optional Form P&SP-343 is not required for reporting verbal contracts and is currently used by 10 packers.
