The increase in burden hours is due to several key factors. The change in minutes it takes to complete the new County Estimates questionnaire went from an estimated 22 minutes to an actual of 25 minutes per questionnaire. There is also an increase in the sample size for the Cash Rent survey due to changes in sampling methodology. This was partially offset by a slight decrease in some of the samples along with reducing the frequency of the crop weather survey from 40 weeks to 35 weeks.
