This revision is due to a non significant direct final rule entitled, "Amendments to Implement Certain Provisions of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transporttaion Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) under RIN 2126-AA96," which would require household goods motor carriers to conduct a physical survey of the household goods to be transported and distribute a copy of FMCSA's two moving publications to shippers.

This revision is due to a non-significant direct final rule entitled, "Amendments to Implement Certain Provisions of the safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU)," which would require household goods motor carriers to conduct a physical survey of the household goods to be transported and distribute a copy of the FMCSA's two moving pamphlets to shippers. The number of annual responses was adjusted to reflect the correct 600,000 responses.
