This decrease (adjustment) is due to updating of universe sizes based on the latest pre-Census Agriculture Identification Survey (OMB # 0535-0140); revisions to minutes per response for several questionnaires; and better recording of responses to the largest survey, Small Grain Acreage and Production Survey.
