Abstract: Participants in the marine fishing industry, including vessel owners, vessel operators, and fish dealers, who wish to participate in regulated Northeast Regional fisheries must apply for, and obtain, permits. Persons obtaining permits may also be subject to notification, tagging and other requirements.
