Abstract: The NMFS is submitting a Skate Fishery Management Plan Proposed Rule. This submission requests the clearance of revisions to the Northeast Region's permit family of forms. The four collection- of-information requirements resulting from the implementation of the proposed action include: (1) Open access vessel permit; (2) dealer permits; (3) vessel operator permits; and (4) observe deployments. This information in necessary to manage the fishery.
