The rule implements mandatory reporting requirements of the Livestock Mandatory Reporting Act of 1999, Section 934, Swine Packer Marketing Contracts. The results of the rule will be to provide information to producers on contract options available and the number of swine committed under contract. Respondents are packers with plants that slaughter 100,000 or more swine annually
