In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a period of three years. However, the agency should determine as quickly as possible whether the burden associated with their use of HUD and DOL forms is accounted for under OMB's approval for HUD and DOL information collections. If the burden has been appropriately accounted for under existing OMB approvals, the agency should submit a change worksheet to remove the hours associate with those forms from this collection. The agency must also revise RD Instruction 1901.202 (g) to be consistent with OMB guidelines for race and ethnicity within the next year.
