Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320 and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 the information collection is approved with the following terms of clearance. The Agency shall request information on race and ethnicity in accordance with OMB guidelines. The agency will display the appropriate OMB number for all information collection activities approved under this request. Forms that have been approved under other OMB numbers should display the OMB number under which the information collection, not the form, has been approved. Accordingly, the Affirmative Fair Action Housing Plan and the Monthly Employment Utilization Report should display OMB no. 0575-0018. Similarly, the PRA statement on both of these forms should reflect the burden calculated by RHS, not DOL or HUD. In their next submission, the Agency will provide a full explanation of the practical utility of the aforementioned forms. The shall also explain the discrepancies between their estimates of burden and those of the DOL and HUD. The Agency shall also provide a complete explanation of the recordkeeping costs incurred under this ICR.
