Abstract: The rules of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board require that State member banks, bank holding companies, and foreign dealers banks that are municipal securities dealers file this application when the dealer desires an employee to assume the duties of a municipal securities principal or representative. The information collected is similar to the information typically included in a resume or personnel file. The application also is used as a source document for an interagency system of records.
