Abstract: The Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (CONACT) authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to make and service loans guaranteed by FSA to eligible farmers and ranchers. The loans made and serviced under 762 include farm operating, and soil and water loans. The collection of information is requested to assure that the program is being carried out in accordance with the applicable laws, authorities and policy objectives.
