In accordance with Executive Order 12862, the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) will be conducting an annual customer survey over a three-year period. Survey questions will be bases on those factors that have been identified by customers ad being critical to the official system's success: timeliness, cost-effectiveness, accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of services and the professionalism of the Agency's employees. By conducting annual surveys designed with these factors in mind. GIPSA will finally be able to quantify customer satisfaction and compare results from year
