This regulation promulgates the policies and procedures for awarding competitive grants to assist eligible organizations and institutions to provide outreach, training, and technical assistance to members of small, limited resource, economically/ socially disadvantaged groups to own and operate farms and ranches and to participate in agricultural programs.
