Abstract: This emergency information collection amends the approval under OMB No. 0560-0125 to allow certain contract holders to apply for and receive early release from the Conservation Reserve Program. The interim final rule associated with this package is RIN 0560-AE56, and its purpose is to enhance the commodity supply situation for the 1996/97 marketing year.
