Interim rule amending 7 CFR part 704 and 7 CFR part 1410 was published on May 8, 1995. This interim rule implemented the early release provisions where CRP participants were provided an opportunity to request and receive early release from contracts or to reduce the amount of acreage subject to the contracts without penalty. Action required to implement secretarial action of December 14, 1994.
