In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this collection of information request is cleared to June 30, 1996, with the exception of three questions. After discussions between OMB and F staff, the Forest Service agreed to delete Questions 20, 21, and 22 of the Customer Survey (Appendix B-1 of the ICR). It was agreed that the questions, because of the design difficulties, were unlikely to elicit information that would have demonstrated practical utility.
