Abstract: NATIONAL BANKS, FAIR HOUSING, CREDIT, HOME LOANS, REAL ESTATE LENDING THIS DATA COLLECTION IS NECESSARY TO PERMIT AUTOMATED STATISTICAL ANALYSIS TO ASSIST OCC IN CARRYING OUT ITS STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT. ITS MAJOR PROVISIONS APPLY ONLY TO NATION BANKS ENGAGED IN HIGH VOLUME REAL ESTATE LENDING.
