Abstract: SECTIONS 4 AND 11 OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH ACT (NSLA) (P.L. 79-396 AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZES FUNDING FOR THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM (NSLP).
