Abstract: UNDER THE NEHEMIAH HOUSING OPPORTUNITY GRANT PROGRAM, HUD IS AUTHORIZE TO MAKE GRANTS TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE LOANS TO FAMILIES PURCHASING HOMES THAT THEY CONSTRUCTED OR SUBSTANTIALLY REHABILITATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A HUD APPROVED PROGRAM.
