Abstract: SECTIONS 4 AND 11 OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH ACT (NSLA) (P.L. 79-396), AS AMENDED AUTHORIZES FUNDING FOR THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM (NSLP). THE REGULATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THIS PROPOSAL SET FORTH POLICIES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE NSLP BY STATE AGENCIES AND FOR ITS OPERATION BY LOCAL LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS. THIS SUBMITTANCE REQUESTS CLEARANCE FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRATION DATA OF THE CURRENTLY APPROVED
