We have approved continued use of this collection of information for one year, as requested, in order to allow the agency sufficient time to complete rulemaking to revise these requirements. We expect that the proposed and final rules will address our concerns about the need and burden of the recordkeeping requirements that we have raised in our earlier reviews. In the proposed and final rules, these paperwork requirements shall have been either completely justified as consistent with 5 CFR 1320.4(b)(1) and (3), or shall have been revised accordingly.
