Abstract: NEW SCHOOL LUNCH RECIPES HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED AND STANDARDIZED. ALTHOUGH ABOUT 70 RECIPES HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY FIELD TESTED, FNS WANTS THE OPTION TO EXTEND THE FIELD TEST, IF NECESSARY, AFTER THE RECIPES HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO SCHOOLS NATIONWIDE.
