Abstract: NEW SCHOOL LUNCH RECIPES ARE BEING DEVELOPED AND STANDARDIZED UNDER CONTRACT IN A TEST KITCHEN. THE RECIPES NEED TO BE SCHOOL TESTED AND AN BRIEF EVALUATION COMPLETED BY SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS BEFORE THEY ARE PRINTED TO SEE IF THEY MEET THE NEEDS OF TODAY'S SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE PROGRAMS AND TO IDENTIFY ANY PROBLEMS THAT MIGHT EXIST IN THEM
