Procedural Requirements for Requests for Interpretative, No- Action and Exemptive Letters

In order to process and evaluate requests for interpretative, no-action, and exemptive letters, the Commission requires accurate and complete background information concerning the persons and activities involved, the relief requested, and the legal justification or other rationale for the request.
