The DS-4024 takes five minutes to complete. Therefore, the annual burden is calculated at 145,833 (1,750,000 respondents x 5 mins./60 mins. = 145,833 hrs.). The frequency of response is âon occasion.â The Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA), Overseas Citizens Services (OCS) received two different analytics studies on time burden from CAâs Office of Public and Congressional Affairs (CA/P).
